The inner arc cover with a 45° angle is a component of the cable tray system, designed to provide mechanical protection for cables against damage. Robust Construction and Materials

The cover features a sheet thickness of 1.5 mm, ensuring high strength and resistance to mechanical loads. Standardly, the cover is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), providing excellent corrosion resistance. Upon request, a version made of stainless steel or with a powder-coated finish in any RAL color is available—ideal for installations requiring special operational conditions or aesthetic considerations.

Installation and Compatibility

The cover is designed for mounting on inner arcs with a width of 500 mm. Note that each cover includes technological holes, which are an integral part of the hot-dip galvanizing process. When ordering the cover alone, it is essential to specify the symbol or catalog number of the matching tray fitting to ensure perfect fit and proper system functionality. This ensures simple and intuitive installation for both technicians and end users.
