Internal Arc Cover – Robust Protection and Durability

The 45° internal arc cover is a component of the H50 system, designed to protect cables in installations. It provides not only mechanical protection against damage but also sealed protection against dust and dirt, extending the lifespan of cables and ensuring the reliability of the entire installation. Made of steel, the cover is durable and corrosion-resistant, especially in the hot-dip galvanized version compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02.

This cover is specifically designed for H50 PLZWMP600H50 fittings, and its 45° angle allows optimal alignment with the installation layout. When ordering the cover alone, it is essential to specify the symbol or catalog number of the fitting it is intended to match.

Construction and Materials

The cover has dimensions of 600 x 600 mm and is manufactured from 1.5 mm thick steel sheet. Hot-dip galvanized steel is the standard finish, ensuring high corrosion resistance. Additional custom options are available upon request:

• Stainless steel: for applications requiring maximum corrosion resistance.
• Painting in RAL color: allows the cover to be matched to the installation’s color scheme.

Note that each cover includes technological holes—these are essential for the hot-dip galvanizing process and do not affect the product’s functionality. This is a standard technical solution.
