The inner arc cover with a 45° angle is a reliable component designed to protect cable trays from mechanical damage and external environmental factors. Made of steel, it provides durable protection for cables and maintains order within the installation. A plate thickness of 1.5 mm ensures strength and resistance to loads.

This cover not only protects cables but also prevents dust and dirt accumulation inside the tray, extending the overall lifespan of the installation. This is especially critical in demanding industrial environments or areas exposed to contamination.

Compatibility and Materials

The cover is compatible with metal cable trays 600 mm wide. It is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), ensuring high corrosion resistance. Upon request, a version in stainless steel or with a painted finish in a selected RAL color is also available—ideal for specific design requirements.

Note: Each cover includes technological holes that are an integral part of the hot-dip galvanizing process. When ordering the cover alone, you must specify the catalog number or symbol of the matching tray profile to ensure perfect fit and proper system functionality.
