The internal 90° arc cover PLZWC100 is a component of a cable tray system designed to protect cables and conductors from mechanical damage and external environmental factors. Made of steel, it ensures not only strength but also a tight seal, preventing dust and dirt accumulation inside the cable tray. This is critical for maintaining the reliability of electrical and telecommunications installations.

Design and Application

This cover is intended for use with cable trays of 100 mm width. The 90° bend angle enables smooth cable routing around corners in installations. Manufactured from 2.0 mm thick steel sheet, it guarantees resistance to loads and long-term durability. Technological openings present on each cover are essential for the immersion zinc coating process, ensuring high-quality anti-corrosion coating.

Material and Construction – Quality Guarantee

The PLZWC100 cover is standardly manufactured from immersion zinc-coated steel (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), providing excellent corrosion protection. Upon request, a version made of stainless steel or with a paint coating in any RAL color is also available, allowing customization to meet specific project requirements and aesthetic preferences. The choice of material and anti-corrosion protection method directly impacts the longevity and reliability of the entire installation.
