Internal Arc Cover – Protection and Installation Durability

The 90° internal arc cover PLZWP100 is an installation system component designed to provide effective protection for cables against mechanical damage at points where conduit direction changes. Its steel construction ensures strength and corrosion resistance, translating into long-term reliability. The sealed closure minimizes dust and dirt accumulation inside the installation, maintaining optimal technical condition.

This cover is intended for use with fittings of 100 mm diameter. Manufactured from 1.5 mm thick sheet metal, it provides robust protection and stability. Thanks to technological openings formed during immersion zinc coating, the cover retains its anti-corrosion properties.

Materials and Construction

The cover is standardly manufactured from immersion zinc-coated steel (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), ensuring high corrosion resistance. Optional versions are available in stainless steel or with a paint coating in standard RAL colors – available on request. This allows the cover to be tailored to specific project requirements and installation aesthetics.
