Additionally, the cover features technological holes necessary for the hot-dip galvanizing process – a standard manufacturing feature that does not affect product functionality. When ordering the cover alone, ensure compatibility with the specific arc profile it is intended to fit.

Materials and manufacturing – quality assurance

The PLZWP300 cover is standardly manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), ensuring high corrosion resistance. Upon request, a version made of stainless steel or coated with paint in any RAL color is also available, allowing customization to meet specific project requirements and environmental aesthetics. Selecting the appropriate material enables cost optimization and ensures long-term protection of the installation in diverse environments.
