The LGSUCH160 swivel connector is an element of the cable routing system that allows for smooth connection and routing of cables at various angles. Its design provides angle adjustment over the full range with reliable locking, which facilitates installation and adaptation to the specifics of the installation. This solution is suitable for both installations carried out by professionals and demanding home applications.

Construction and application

Made of steel, the LGSUCH160 connector is characterized by high strength and corrosion resistance thanks to the surface protection by hot-dip galvanizing. The height of the side wall is 160 mm, and the length is 492 mm. The sheet thickness of 2.0 mm guarantees the stability and durability of the connection. It is a universal connector designed for self-supporting trays and ladders.

The possibility of making the connector from different materials – zinc-coated steel by Sendzimir method (S), zinc-coated steel by immersion method (F) or stainless steel (E) – allows it to be adapted to specific environmental conditions and project requirements. Additionally, there is an option of painting in the standard RAL palette (L), which allows for aesthetic adaptation to the surroundings.

Installation and additional information

For mounting the connector, it is recommended to use 8 sets of SGKM8x16 screws. Full-range angle adjustment significantly facilitates adapting the cable route to existing infrastructure or specific project needs. The weight of the connector is 2.32 kg.
