Cable ladder DKP500H50/3N is a solid element of the cable routing system, made of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The product with catalog number 455450 is used in both industrial and commercial installations, providing a safe and organized way to route cables.

Construction and materials

The ladder is made of St 37.2 (1.0037) steel, which guarantees strength and resistance to mechanical loads. Surface protection by hot-dip galvanizing provides long-term protection against corrosion, even in harsh environmental conditions. Variants made to order are also available: steel galvanized by immersion method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel. Additionally, it is possible to paint the ladder in a standard RAL palette.

Functionality and application

The DKP500H50/3N ladder is characterized by a width of 500 mm, a height of 50 mm and a length of 3000 mm. A special feature is the side perforation of the rungs, allowing easy mounting of cable holders of the UKZ/UKZO... and UKZP... types, which significantly facilitates the organization and fastening of cables. Double perforation in the lower shelf of the side rail allows for double riveting, increasing the stability and load capacity of the entire structure. The useful cross-section of the ladder is 16000 mm².
