The WFC/WFCO200 E90 bracket is a reliable element of cable tray suspension systems, designed for both professional and domestic applications. Made of steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, it guarantees high corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions. Its design allows for mounting to the wall or ceiling with a single screw, which significantly speeds up and simplifies installation work.

Functionality and safety

This bracket is distinguished primarily by the E90 certificate, confirming its ability to maintain the functionality of devices in a building for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire. This is a key solution for fire alarm systems, fire detection and evacuation lighting. This ensures not only protection of the installation but, above all, the safety of building users. Additionally, the bracket set includes a protective cap, increasing comfort and safety during installation and use. Modified perforation facilitates the mounting of cable trays, cable ladders and cable mesh – a small detail that significantly affects work efficiency.

The WFC/WFCO200 bracket is 274 mm long and has a maximum load capacity of 500 kg. The sheet thickness of 2.0 mm provides adequate stiffness and strength of the structure. The bracket can be made of galvanized steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), immersion method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel, and can be painted in a standard RAL color palette, allowing it to be adapted to individual needs and project requirements. The use of a PD11 spacer is recommended for optimal mounting.
