High-reliability cable tray mounting

WFL/WFLO200 E90 bracket is a solid and versatile solution for mounting cable trays, cable ladders, cable ducts, pipes and other electrical installation elements. Made of steel with hot-dip galvanizing, it provides long-lasting corrosion protection even in harsh environmental conditions. Its design is intended for easy installation and high load capacity – it withstands up to 900 kg.

This bracket is distinguished primarily by the E90 certificate, which means it meets the requirements of the system for maintaining functionality in the event of a fire in accordance with DIN 4102-12. This means at least 90 minutes of maintaining the functionality of devices in the building, such as fire alarm systems or emergency lighting. This is crucial for ensuring safety in public and industrial buildings.

The bracket is available in steel version (S - steel galvanized by Sendzimir method PN-EN 10346:2015-09) or on request in a version with steel galvanized by immersion method (F - PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), stainless steel (E) or powder coated in a standard RAL palette (L). For installation, it is recommended to use a PD11 spacer washer for optimal load distribution and structural stability. The bracket length is 264 mm.
