The WFLS200 bracket is a reliable solution for suspending cable routes, both in industrial installations and in public buildings. Made of steel, with hot-dip galvanizing protection, it guarantees long-term corrosion protection and resistance to loads. Its construction allows for safe and stable mounting of cable trays, pipes or other electrical infrastructure elements.

Construction and installation

The bracket is characterized by a simple construction that facilitates and speeds up installation. The possibility of tool-free mounting of the wire mesh tray directly to the bracket is a significant time and labor saving. The kit includes a protective cap, increasing safety and aesthetics of the installation. In addition, the WFLS200 bracket can be used interchangeably with the WFL/WFLO model, using screw clamps ZS/ZSO – this provides flexibility in choosing mounting elements. For precise adaptation to the substrate, it is recommended to use a distance washer PD11.

Materials and loads

The bracket's load capacity reaches 900 kg, making it ideal for applications requiring high load capacity. It is available in various material variants: zinc-coated steel by Sendzimir method (standard), hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel – the choice depends on the specifics of the working environment and project requirements. The possibility of painting in the standard RAL palette allows you to match the color to the surroundings or the color scheme of the installation. The bracket is 274 mm long, which ensures the stability of the structure.
