Cable route mounting – reliable bracket WFML100

The WFML100 bracket is a solid and versatile solution for mounting cable trays, ladders, pipes and other electrical installation elements. Made of steel with a hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance even in harsh environmental conditions. This mounting is suitable for use on construction sites, in industrial plants, as well as in commercial or domestic installations.

Construction and installation

The bracket is characterized by a simple construction that facilitates quick and efficient installation. Its versatility allows it to be used with various types of cable routes. For optimal load distribution and ensuring the stability of the structure, it is recommended to use it with a PD9 spacer washer. On request, it is possible to manufacture brackets with non-standard lengths, adapted to individual project needs.

Strength and safety

The durable steel construction provides a maximum load of up to 400 kg, guaranteeing safe support even for heavy cable routes. The galvanized surface protects against moisture and weathering, ensuring long-term reliability. The material used – steel – is a standard in this type of application, guaranteeing adequate stiffness and mechanical strength.

This bracket is made of 1.5 mm thick steel and protected with a hot-dip galvanized coating. Its length is 160 mm, and the maximum load is 400 kg. It is available in another color (raw steel with galvanized coating). The WFML100 bracket is available in standard Sendzimir galvanized steel (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), and on request you can choose hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel. Powder coating in any color from the RAL palette is also possible.
