Reinforced C-channel CWD40H22/3 is a versatile structural element, ideal for both professional applications and home installations. Made of 1.2 mm thick steel, it provides solidity and durability of the structure. This profile is widely used in suspending lamps, mounting cable trays and cable ladders, and as a supporting element for various types of brackets.

Construction and materials

The C profile is made of steel, guaranteeing mechanical strength. It is standardly offered with hot-dip galvanization, providing high corrosion resistance – particularly important in harsh environmental conditions. This makes the C-channel perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. On request, a version made of zinc-coated steel (according to PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel is also available, allowing you to adapt the material to specific project requirements. Painting in the standard RAL color palette is also possible.

Installation and compatibility

The installation of the C-channel is simple and intuitive. SGKM10x16 or SGM10x16 screws are recommended for connection with connectors. The dimensions of the profile (40 mm wide and 22 mm high) have been adapted to European standards, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of mounting accessories. It is worth remembering that the option of manufacturing from materials other than galvanized steel (F - steel galvanized by immersion method and E - stainless steel) is available for orders above 300 running meters.
