Reinforced C-channel CWD40H40/6 is a versatile steel profile, ideal for applications in electrical installations and as a structural element. It is suitable for suspending lamps, mounting cable trays and cable ladders, and as a support for various brackets. Its solid construction and versatility make it indispensable on construction sites or in workshops.

Construction and materials

The profile is made of steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm, which ensures its appropriate strength and rigidity. The C-channel standardly has a hot-dip galvanized coating – guaranteeing high resistance to corrosion and weather conditions. Versions made of zinc-plated steel by immersion (on request, above 300m) and stainless steel (for sections up to 3m) are also available, allowing you to adapt the material to specific project requirements. Painting in the standard RAL palette is also possible (on request).

Mounting and compatibility

For mounting the C-channel with a connector, it is recommended to use SGKM10x16 or SGM10x16 screws. The CWD40H40/6 profile is compatible with a wide range of accessories, such as brackets WWSR..., WW..., WWS/WWSO..., WU/WUO..., WWSN..., WS..., WZS..., WSZN... (for thickness ≥ 2mm), WTL..., WWT..., WPL..., WPT..., WMCN..., WMC/WMCO…. The standard length is 6 meters, but for larger orders, any lengths up to 6 m can be made. It is worth remembering that the dimensions of the profile have been adapted to European standards, which facilitates integration with other installation elements.
