Cable tray tee – a solid branch of the installation

This tee, designated TKL100H42, is an element used to branch the cable routing path in cable tray systems. Made of steel, with hot-dip galvanizing surface protection, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Sheet metal with a thickness of 0.7 mm guarantees adequate mechanical strength.

Construction and application

The tee has a horizontal construction and is designed for cable trays with a width of 100 mm and a height of 42 mm. Its main task is to allow changing the direction of cable routing without the need for additional connecting elements – mounting is done using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. This solution simplifies and speeds up installation work.

Additionally, these tees are available in various material variants:

• Zinc-coated steel Sendzimir PN-EN 10346:2015-09 – standard execution.
• Steel hot-dip galvanized PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 – provides higher corrosion resistance.
• Stainless steel – ideal for environments requiring special chemical resistance.
• Painting in a standard RAL palette – allows you to match the color to the surroundings.

For non-standard orders, please provide dimensions a, b and c (if a=100mm, b=300mm and c=200mm the ordered fitting should have the symbol TK...100/300/200H…). The integrated connector model eliminates the need for additional mounting elements, which translates into saving time and installation costs.
