This TKL200H42 cable tray tee from BAKS is a reliable solution for branching cable routes in electrical installations. Made of steel, with hot-dip galvanization, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, which is crucial for both indoor and outdoor installations. Sheet thickness of 0.7 mm guarantees adequate mechanical strength.

Design and application

The tee with dimensions of 200 mm (tray width) and 42 mm (tray height) is designed for mounting with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. Its design allows for easy and quick connection of several sections of cable tray at a right angle. This is an ideal solution when changing the direction of cable routing, creating branches or connecting additional devices. Thanks to this, installers can effectively implement projects of varying complexity.

Materials and protection

Standardly, the tee is made of zinc-plated steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), which provides good anti-corrosion protection in standard operating conditions. A version with steel galvanized by the immersion method (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) is also available for increased corrosion resistance, as well as a version made of stainless steel – ideal for chemically aggressive environments or exposed to moisture. Additionally, it is possible to paint in any color from the RAL palette, allowing it to be adapted to the aesthetics of the surroundings. The tee is characterized by high corrosion resistance thanks to hot-dip galvanization and a solid construction ensured by the use of steel. The availability of various materials and finishes allows it to be adapted to specific project requirements. Compatibility with standard mounting screws SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 facilitates and speeds up installation. For atypical projects, it is possible to manufacture a tee with individual dimensions (a, b and c).
