Mounting of wires and rods in steel structures

The ZK8/19 clamp is a reliable solution for mounting rods, cables and other elements to steel structures such as I-beams or angle bars. Made of a steel forging, galvanized, it provides a durable and secure connection. Its design is designed for easy assembly and disassembly, which translates to time savings during installation.

Functionality and safety

This clamp meets the requirements of the operational maintenance system E90 according to DIN 4102-12. This means that it provides at least 90 minutes of functional maintenance of devices in the building, such as fire alarm systems, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting. This is particularly important in buildings equipped with water sprinklers, where the reliability of safety systems is crucial.

Installation and additional options

The ZK8/19 clamp is easy to install. Pre-tighten the clamp screw by hand to the steel structure, then tighten with a wrench by half a turn (180°). Then lock the screw with a lock nut and finish the installation by tightening the screw with a wrench by 1/8 turn (45°). Additionally, on request, a version with steel galvanized by the immersion method PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 is available, providing even higher corrosion resistance.
