Trapezoidal hanger – solid mounting for structures and ceilings

This trapezoidal hanger, with a height of 180 mm, is a reliable solution for suspending cable trays, lamps, and profiles for trapezoidal sheets. Made of steel, it provides stable and secure mounting in various installation applications. Its design allows for easy installation on both structures and ceilings.

The hanger is characterized by a permissible load of up to 1200 N, which guarantees its strength and reliability even under heavier loads. Materials and additional options

As standard, the hanger is made of zinc-coated steel according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09. Additionally, the following variants are available on request:

• FP: Flake zinc coating (PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11) – for increased corrosion resistance.
• E: Stainless steel – ideal for environments requiring high chemical resistance.
• L: Painting in a standard RAL palette – possibility to match the color to the surroundings or project requirements.

For mounting the hanger to trapezoidal sheet metal, it is recommended to use a PWT... stud or a PGM8 rod with washers and nuts – this will ensure a correct and secure connection. It is important to choose the appropriate fastening elements to fully utilize the potential of this solid trapezoidal hanger.
