The trapezoidal hanger WT180M8 is a solid solution for suspending cable trays, lamps, and profiles directly to trapezoidal sheets. It is suitable for both electrical installations and support systems for other infrastructure elements. Design and application

Made of steel, the hanger provides high load-bearing capacity - the permissible load is as much as 1200 N. The single WT180M8 model is designed for direct mounting, without the possibility of serial connection with other hangers. This gives the installer confidence that each mounting point works independently and according to the design assumptions.

It is worth remembering that for mounting to trapezoidal sheet metal, it is recommended to use a PWT stud or a PGM8 rod with appropriate washers and nuts - this guarantees optimal clamping force and connection safety.

Materials and finish

Standardly, the hanger is made of zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), which provides good corrosion resistance. On request, a version with flake zinc coating (PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11) is also available for increased protection against external factors, as well as a version made of stainless steel or with a painted coating in a selected RAL color. This allows you to adapt the hanger to specific project requirements and environmental conditions.
