The KBL300H60/3 tray is a component of a cable routing system designed for the safe and organized installation of electrical cables. Manufactured from 0.7 mm thick steel, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Hot-dip galvanizing provides corrosion protection, which is especially critical in harsh environmental conditions.

The tray features a useful cross-sectional area of 17800 mm², allowing ample space for routing a large number of cables. With a width of 300 mm and height of 60 mm, it is an ideal solution for both industrial and commercial installations. The tray’s weight of 2.47 kg/m facilitates easy handling and transport.

Design and Installation

The KBL300H60/3 tray includes an integrated connector that enables fast and simple assembly without additional joining components. The connectorless system involves sliding one tray into another and securing it with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws—this accelerates installation and ensures structural stability. The ability to adjust the height of system elements is essential for more complex cable routing paths.

Safety and Compliance with Standards

The tray meets E-90 fire resistance requirements, meaning it maintains functionality for 90 minutes during a fire, protecting cables and minimizing fire spread risk. Surface protection via hot-dip galvanizing ensures long-term corrosion resistance, while steel galvanized using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) guarantees high material quality. Upon request, versions made from stainless steel or painted in standard RAL colors are also available.
