The RR-E DN100 connector is a reliable solution for repairing or joining pipelines, ensuring quick and safe installation. The design of this connector allows for connecting pipes made of different materials – steel, cast iron, asbestos-cement, PVC, and PE pipes. This versatility will be appreciated by every installer.

Design and Materials

The connector consists of a solid body, a compression cover, and a conical elastomer seal reinforced with brass clamping rings. The body and cover are made of ductile iron EN-GJS 500-7 (according to PN-EN 1563:200), which guarantees high strength and corrosion resistance. An epoxy coating RAL 5005 provides additional protection against external factors. The EPDM seal ensures tightness in the temperature range from 0 to 75°C. Brass clamping rings effectively prevent the pipe from slipping out of the connector, increasing the safety of the connection.

Application and Advantages

This pipe-to-pipe connector with a diameter of DN100 is designed for water supply networks with a nominal pressure of up to 1.6 MPa. Its design also allows for compensation of small angular deflections of the pipe (up to 3”), which facilitates installation in difficult conditions. Thanks to its construction and materials used, the RR-E connector is ideal for both emergency repairs and for making durable connections in new installations.

This RR-E DN100 connector weighs 6.5 kg, has a height of 186 mm and a width A of 225 mm.
