This RR-E pipe-to-pipe coupling, made of ductile iron, is a reliable solution for repairing or connecting pipelines. It is suitable for both water supply installations and for connecting different pipe materials – steel, cast iron, asbestos-cement, PVC and polyethylene (PE). Its design ensures quick and safe installation, minimizing downtime during service and investment work.

Design and application

The coupling consists of a durable body and a clamping cover made of ductile iron EN-GJS 500-7. A conical seal made of EPDM elastomer guarantees a leak-proof connection over a wide temperature range – from 0°C to 75°C. In addition, brass clamping rings prevent the pipe from slipping out, increasing the safety and durability of the connection.

This type of coupling is particularly recommended for repairing damaged sections of PE pipelines, but its versatility allows it to be used in many other situations. Thanks to the possibility of connecting different materials, it is an ideal solution during the modernization of existing installations.
