Flange-socket connector for PE pipes DN100

This cast iron connector, designed for pipes with a diameter of DN100, is a quick and reliable solution for repairing or joining pipelines. It is suitable for both water supply installations and for connecting different types of materials – steel, cast iron, asbestos-cement, PVC and flanged fittings. The connector design is based on a body and a compression cover, sealed with a conical elastomer seal.

Construction and application

The RK-E DN100 connector has been designed with versatility and durability in mind. Made of ductile iron (EN-GJS 500-7), coated with epoxy paint RAL 5005, it provides corrosion resistance and long-term operation. A brass clamping ring provides additional protection against the pipe slipping out, guaranteeing a stable connection. The possibility of bending the pipe at an angle of up to 3” facilitates installation in difficult conditions.

Operating parameters

The RK-E DN100 connector is adapted to work in water supply networks with a nominal pressure of up to 1.6 MPa. The EPDM gasket ensures tightness in the temperature range from 0°C to 110°C. The flanged connection complies with the PN-EB 1092-2 standard. This means that the connector meets the requirements for safety and reliability of water supply installations.
