The tray is made of stainless steel 316L (1.4404), with a surface subjected to pickling and passivation processes — ensuring corrosion resistance even in aggressive environments such as coastal areas, industrial halls, or facilities with strict sanitary requirements. This material not only withstands moisture and chemicals but also requires no additional surface protection after installation.

The profile has a U shape, with dimensions of 105 mm height and 300 mm width, providing a usable cross-section of 31 500 mm² — sufficient to route large quantities of cables or wires in a single tray. The unit length is 3 meters, facilitating route planning without the need to join too many elements.

It has no built-in partitions or connectors — it is a pure, simple structural element that can be easily adapted to local mounting needs. The weight is 2.3 kg per meter, making it durable yet easy to transport and handle.

Operating temperature range: -20 °C to +120 °C — suitable for both cool technical rooms and areas near heat sources. It does not maintain operational integrity during a fire (no E30/E90 classification), so it is not intended for fire-resistance applications.

There are no additional coatings or paints — it is a pure, natural stainless steel surface. This means: no color peeling, no cracking, no yellowing. Installation is simple: just mount on supports or brackets — the lack of complex connecting elements significantly reduces installation time.
