Mesh tray made of stainless steel 316L, intended for installation in aggressive environments

The tray is made of stainless steel 316L (1.4404), allowing for safe cable routing in conditions exposed to corrosion – e.g., in marine facilities, cold stores, hygienic industrial spaces, or locations with high humidity. The surface undergoes pickling and passivation, ensuring resistance to salts, acids, and other chemical agents without additional protective coating.

The U-shaped profile, with dimensions of 105 mm height and 400 mm width, has a useful cross-section of 42 000 mm², allowing for the free arrangement of large quantities of cables or wires – without the risk of overheating or mechanical damage to the insulation. The absence of built-in partitions facilitates access to the installation and flexibility during modifications.

The unit length is 3 meters, and the weight is 3.02 kg/m, making the tray light enough for transport and installation, yet sufficiently rigid to resist deformation under the weight of cables. It operates stably in a temperature range from -20 °C to +120 °C, covering both cold technical rooms and areas near heat sources.

This is not a tray with E30/E90 characteristics – it does not ensure operational integrity during a fire. Its purpose is durable and reliable installation routing in harsh environmental conditions, not fire protection.

Installation is performed using external mounting elements – the tray does not have built-in connectors, providing full control over the layout and enabling adaptation to existing infrastructure.
