Made of stainless steel 304 (1.4301), the tray is processed by pickling and passivation — ensuring corrosion resistance even in aggressive environments, without additional coatings or paints. The material meets requirements for installations in locations with high hygiene standards and exposure to moisture, e.g., in industrial kitchens, laboratories, or medical facilities.
The profile has a U shape, with mesh openings of 50x100 mm, allowing free airflow and easy access to cables. The usable cross-section is 5293 mm², providing sufficient space for routing large quantities of cables or pipes in a single tray — without the need for additional ducts.
The unit length is 3000 mm, and the weight is 0.92 kg/m — facilitating transport and installation, even over long sections. The edges are welded in a T shape, increasing rigidity and eliminating the risk of bending during installation or operation. It has no built-in partitions or connectors — it is a basic element that can be flexibly connected with other system components.
