Stainless Steel 316L Mesh Cable Tray, Designed for Installation in Aggressive Environments

U-shaped cable tray made of stainless steel 316L (1.4404), characterized by high corrosion resistance – ideally suited for installation in areas exposed to moisture, salts, chlorides, or chemicals. The surface undergoes pickling and passivation, enhancing its durability and preventing the formation of stains or rust even during long-term use.

Dimensions 30 x 200 mm and a length of 3 meters make the tray easy to transport and install – cutting is not required for most standard solutions. The usable cross-section is 5293 mm², allowing for the free routing of multiple wires or cables without the risk of space overload.

Unit weight is 0.92 kg/m, meaning low loading on supporting structures – important for installation on ceilings or walls with limited load-bearing capacity. The operating temperature range from -20°C to +120°C allows use both in refrigerated rooms and near heat-generating equipment.

It does not have built-in partitions or a fire integrity protection system (E30/E90) – it is purely a mechanical component intended for cable routing, not for fire insulation.

It can be connected with other Cablofil system components: e.g., EDRN connectors, CSN brackets, or FASLOCKS clamps – all compatible with this profile. No special tools are required for installation – a standard set of screws and nuts is sufficient.

Please note: this is not a fire-resistant cable tray. Its advantage is durability in corrosive conditions, not fire resistance.
