Stainless Steel 304L Mesh Cable Tray, Cross-Section 30x300 mm

The cable tray is made of stainless steel 304L – a corrosion-resistant material ideal for environments with high humidity, aggressive chemical agents, or where easy disinfection is required. The surface undergoes pickling and passivation, which enhances oxidation resistance and maintains a clean, uniform appearance throughout its service life.

The U-shaped profile, with dimensions 30x300 mm and a length of 3 meters, provides a usable cross-section of 7953 mm² – sufficient for routing numerous electrical, signaling, or low-voltage cables without reorganization. The weight is 1.36 kg per meter, making it lightweight for handling yet sufficiently rigid to resist deformation under cable load.

There are no built-in partitions – this is an open tray, facilitating installation and subsequent system modifications. It can be connected to other system components using EDRN, ED275 + KITFIXTR, or KITASSTR connectors (in accordance with Cablofil documentation), although the tray itself does not include any connectors – it is a straight element ready for integration into the system.

The operating temperature range from -20°C to +120°C allows use both in heated indoor spaces and in outdoor or semi-open facilities – provided there is protection against direct rain and UV radiation. It is not a fire-resistant element – it does not meet E30 or E90 fire resistance classes and therefore cannot be used where fire insulation is required.

Please note: this is not a fire-protected cable tray. If fire protection is required, another solution must be selected. However, in terms of durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of installation – this 304L tray performs as expected.
