Stainless steel 304L cable tray – corrosion resistance and durability in aggressive environments

Manufactured from stainless steel 304L, the cable tray features high corrosion resistance, making it an ideal solution for installations in areas with high humidity, exposure to chemicals, or requiring frequent cleaning – e.g., in the food, pharmaceutical, medical industries, or municipal facilities. The surface undergoes pickling and passivation, further enhancing its resistance to oxidation and loss of luster over time.

The U-profile with dimensions 54x200 mm provides sufficient space for laying multiple cables or wires while maintaining a lightweight structure. The usable cross-section is 10,293 mm², allowing for effective cable route management without cable crowding. The unit length of 3 meters facilitates transport and installation, and a weight of 1.17 kg/m does not overload supporting structures.

It contains no built-in partitions or connectors – it is a simple, continuous system component that can be easily connected to other components (e.g., crossings, bends) using external mounting elements. This ensures flexible installation adapted to the specific layout of the system.
