Manufactured from stainless steel 304L (1.4301), this tray requires no additional coating or painting – the material itself ensures resistance to moisture, chemicals, and aggressive environments. The surface undergoes pickling and passivation, enhancing rust resistance and maintaining a clean, uniform appearance even after years of operation.

The U-profile with dimensions 54x300 mm and a length of 3 m provides sufficient space for cables in installations with a high number of wires – the usable cross-section is 15 453 mm², allowing for free routing and easy future expansion. The absence of built-in partitions ensures flexibility in route organization – cables can be laid in any configuration without restrictions.

The weight of one meter is 1.71 kg, making the tray light enough for transport and installation, yet sufficiently rigid to resist deformation under the weight of cables. It operates safely within a temperature range of -20 °C to +120 °C, making it suitable for both cold rooms and locations with high ambient temperatures – e.g., boiler rooms or technical chambers.

This product is not intended for applications requiring fire resistance classes E30/E90 – it does not meet these standards and therefore cannot be used as part of a fire protection system. However, where corrosion resistance, durability, and ease of maintenance are key, this solution is one of the most rational choices.

Installation is simple – the absence of connectors means the tray is a continuous line element that can be joined with other CABLOFIL system components using appropriate brackets or clamps. Ideal for installers working in hospital facilities, food processing plants, laboratories, or industrial sites exposed to moisture and disinfectants.
