The tray is made of stainless steel 304 (1.4301), subjected to pickling and passivation – ensuring corrosion resistance even in aggressive environments. The material does not require additional coating or painting, and its surface retains the natural, matte appearance of stainless steel.

The profile has a U shape, with dimensions of 54 mm height and 400 mm width, with a usable cross-section of 20,613 mm² – sufficient to run multiple cables in a single tray. The length of one element is 3 meters, allowing for the minimization of joints on longer routes.

It does not have built-in partitions or connectors – it is a clean, simple profile that can be easily integrated with other components of the E90 system (although the tray itself does not meet the fire resistance integrity requirements E30/E90). It also lacks protection against deformation over long lengths – it is not a "high load-bearing" construction, but rather a lightweight, durable channel for cable organization.

The weight is 2.296 kg/m, making installation easy even in hard-to-reach places. Operating temperature – from -20°C to +120°C – allows use in both dry and humid rooms, including industrial installations or public facilities.

The element has no cover or additional mounting components – it serves as a base for mounting on brackets or hangers. All system components (e.g., clips, brackets) must be selected separately.

It is worth remembering: although the manufacturer mentions "E90 System" as context, the tray itself is not a fire-resistant element – it does not protect cables from loss of function in a fire. Its role is cable organization and mechanical protection while maintaining corrosion resistance.
