Construction and materials

The fitting is made of Cu-DHP copper with a purity of 99.99%, deoxidized with phosphorus in accordance with PN EN 1254. This material selection ensures high corrosion resistance and long-term connection reliability. The fitting has a simple construction, which facilitates its installation even in tight spaces. The outer diameter of the connecting pipe is 35 mm, making it compatible with a wide range of copper pipes available on the market. The use of copper also ensures excellent thermal conductivity, which is particularly important in heating installations.

Application and compatibility

Conex B Press 35 CU fitting is used in installations:

It is compatible with copper pipes meeting the PN-EN 1057 standard and stainless steel pipes compliant with PN-EN 10312. Pressing requires jaws with profile B (Rems profile V) for diameters from 15 to 54 mm and profile M for diameters from 64 to 108 mm. It allows creating durable and tight connections without using a welder or soldering iron, which significantly speeds up the installation process and reduces labor costs.
