The DE DIETRICH MCR4 32 wall-mounted gas condensing boiler represents the latest generation of heating devices, designed with energy efficiency and ecology in mind. Adapted to burn gas with a 20% hydrogen blend, it provides a future-proof solution for installers planning the modernization of heating systems.

The compact design with dimensions of 700×395×285 mm and a weight of only 28.5 kg allows for installation even in limited technical spaces. Despite its small size, the device offers an impressive modulation range from 10 to 100%, which translates to precise adjustment to the current thermal needs of the building.

Advanced combustion and control technologies

At the heart of the boiler is the Gas Adaptive System electronic combustion control system, which automatically adjusts operating parameters depending on the gas category (E, Lw, Ls, or propane/butane). This intelligent regulation optimizes the combustion process from the very first startup, minimizing the time required for configuration and service activities.

The air-gas module equipped with a non-return valve enables operation with pressurized flue gas discharge systems C43p, ensuring flexibility in choosing the installation configuration. Combined with a high efficiency of up to 105.8% at full load, the boiler achieves an energy efficiency class of A for central heating.

High-quality construction and components

The toroidal heat exchanger made of stainless steel is covered by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty, testifying to the high quality of materials and the durability of the construction. The hydraulic module with a brass body contains an A-class modulated pump with an energy efficiency index of EEI<0.23, a central heating/domestic hot water diverter valve, and a central heating safety valve with a pressure of 3 bar.

An expansion vessel with a capacity of 8 liters mounted in the support frame ensures the stable operation of the entire hydraulic system. The boiler's water capacity is only 2.5 liters, which accelerates heating time and reduces heat losses during standby.

Intelligent control, ecology, and user comfort

The E-Pilot control console is equipped with weather compensation and an intuitive user interface. When equipped with the AF60 outdoor temperature sensor, it enables full weather-compensated control of the heating installation. Compatibility with the Smart TC modulating thermostat allows for wireless connection via Wi-Fi.

Thanks to a dedicated mobile application for Android or iOS systems, the user can monitor the operation of the installation and receive notifications about potential faults directly on a smartphone or tablet.

As an optional accessory, the SCB-17B expansion board is available, which is mounted directly in the boiler and enables management of an additional heating circuit without the need for external controllers.

The boiler is characterized by very low pollutant emissions - the NOx level is below 14 mg/kWh, meeting the highest ecological requirements. The acoustic power level in the room is only 53 dB(A), ensuring acoustic comfort even when operating at full power.

The delivery includes a Ø60/100 mm air/flue connector and a full set of mounting elements enabling rapid installation of the device.
