Function and application

ETIMAT T acts as an overcurrent circuit breaker with a thermal overload element, without a short-circuit protection element. Its main task is to selectively switch off the circuit in the event of exceeding the permissible connection power, protecting both the installation and the devices connected to it. The device's design allows the consumer to re-engage it after activation, eliminating the need for service intervention in the event of a temporary power limit being exceeded. Thanks to this, ETIMAT T limiters are widely used in pre-meter protections in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

It is designed to operate at temperatures from -25°C to +50°C and has a protection degree of IP20 (IP40 in enclosure), which ensures its reliability and safety. Made of high-quality materials, it guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The device terminals allow connection of conductors with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm², with a maximum tightening torque of 3 Nm.
