The ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker is characterized by a rated current of 1A and a D tripping characteristic, which means it reacts with a delay to short-term current surges, making it ideal for protecting circuits with devices with high inrush current – e.g. motors. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity Icn is 6 kA at a voltage of 230/400 V, which ensures quick and effective disconnection of the circuit in the event of a failure. The circuit breaker design allows for connection of conductors with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm², both solid and stranded. Additionally, it has a protection degree of IP20, which protects against accidental contact with live parts.
