The ETIMAT 6 1p+N D1 circuit breaker is a key element of any electrical installation, providing effective protection against the effects of overloads and short circuits. Functionality and technical parameters

This single-pole circuit breaker with a neutral pole (1p+N) is characterized by a rated current of 1A and a D tripping characteristic. This means that it is particularly well suited for circuits with devices generating high inrush currents during start-up, such as motors. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity Icn is 6kA at both 230V and 400V, which guarantees a quick and safe response in the event of a failure. The circuit breaker has a protection degree of IP20, which means protection against finger contact and the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm.

The use of the D characteristic allows for a delayed tripping of the circuit breaker during short-term overloads, which minimizes the risk of unnecessary disconnection of the circuit during normal operation of devices. It also has a contact position indicator and the possibility of sealing the lever in the "On" and "Off" positions, increasing safety. The "ON/OFF" marking on the operating lever makes the device easy to use.
