Single-phase inverter – a compact solution for motor control

This 0.75 kW single-phase inverter is an efficient device designed to control asynchronous motors. Its compact dimensions and DIN rail mounting capability make it an ideal solution for both industrial applications, residential and commercial buildings. Designed for precise speed and torque control, it offers a wide range of applications.

Functionality and capabilities

The inverter is based on a powerful 32-bit DSP processor, ensuring fast and efficient implementation of advanced control algorithms. It allows operation in speed or torque control mode, and also offers vector control (both sensorless and with feedback loop) as well as V/F control. The built-in RS485 interface with Modbus RTU protocol allows for easy integration with industrial automation systems and remote device control. Additionally, the PLC function enables programming up to seven operating steps of the inverter, increasing its flexibility and adaptation to specific application needs.

Construction and operating parameters

The device is characterized by a solid construction and high reliability. It provides high starting torque (up to 150% for one minute) and has a built-in PID regulator. The multifunctional control panel with hot-plug function allows storing up to four sets of parameters and easy transfer of configurations between devices. The IP20 protection class provides protection against touch, but requires protection against moisture and contamination. The mains voltage is 230 V AC, and the input current is 8.2 A. The maximum power output is 0.75 kW for both linear and square loads. The dimensions of the device are 120 mm (width) x 185 mm (height) x 168.5 mm (depth).
