Airfix-E-18 expansion vessel is a reliable solution for stabilizing pressure in domestic water and booster systems. Construction and application

The Airfix-E-18 is characterized by a capacity of 18 liters and a maximum working pressure of 10 bar. Made of high-quality materials, including a butyl rubber (IIR) diaphragm, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The internal coating of the vessel prevents oxidation, and the membrane does not affect the taste, smell or color of the water. In addition, a special synthetic flow separator, mounted in a standard tee (not included), eliminates the risk of bacteria developing inside the vessel – which is particularly important in DHW installations. A R3/4" threaded connection facilitates integration with existing hydraulic infrastructure. The vessel is designed to operate in a temperature range of 1°C to 70°C and can be used with glycol mixtures with a concentration of up to 50%.
