Flexible connection of various drainage materials

The Funke VPC flexible connector is a reliable solution for connecting drainage pipes made of different materials – cast iron, PP, PE, PVC, stoneware, concrete, GRP, as well as smooth, corrugated and ribbed pipes. Thanks to its design, it allows connecting elements with different outer diameters, eliminating the need for additional adapters in many cases. This saves time and costs during installation.

The connector consists of an elastomeric sealing cuff made of EPDM (according to PN-EN 681-1 WC/60), a positioning basket made of durable plastic and two straps made of alloy steel. These straps allow precise adjustment of the pipe diameter on both sides of the connector. The design with a double sealing profile ensures tightness confirmed by the PN-EN 1610 standard.

• Wide range of diameters: The VPC connector covers a wide range of outer pipe diameters, minimizing the need for additional leveling elements. In the case of VPC125OEL_0020, this range is from 123 to 161 mm.

The design of the VPC connector is patented and is characterized by well-thought-out solutions – a bilateral protrusion for secure tape guidance, a cylindrical contact surface and a positioning basket preventing the rubber from folding when adjusting diameters. This guarantees a solid and long-lasting connection in various operating conditions.
