Construction and operating principle

The connector consists of several key elements: an elastomeric sealing sleeve made of EPDM (according to PN-EN 681-1 WC/60), a positioning cage made of durable plastic and two steel alloy straps. The sleeve has a double sealing profile to ensure tightness according to PN-EN 1610. The positioning cage centers the connected elements and allows smooth diameter adjustment. Steel straps ensure even fit and stable connection. The oil-resistant version (VPC200KOEL) is characterized by elements made of V4A stainless steel (1.4404), which guarantees resistance to oils, gasoline and aggressive chemicals present in wastewater and soil – as well as to seawater.
