Geberit HDPE Flange gasket for drainage systems

This flange gasket, designed for flange connections in Geberit HDPE drainage systems, is a key element ensuring the tightness and durability of the installation. Made of EPDM, it offers reliability in various applications – from wastewater drainage from buildings, through roof drainage, to industrial and commercial facilities.

Application and characteristics

The gasket with a diameter of DN 200 and a thickness of 0.3 mm is ideal for creating connections in Geberit HDPE pipes and fittings. This system is characterized by high chemical resistance – it withstands contact with approx. 95% of standard bases, acids and chemicals. Additionally, the material is UV resistant, allowing for longer outdoor storage of elements without the risk of degradation.

Using the Geberit PE flange gasket enables the construction of installations in various conditions – in the ground, concrete, as well as during bridge construction. This system is also characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, such as impacts or drops.

Installation and compatibility

The gasket is intended for use with appropriate machines and tools for butt welding or using electrofusion sleeves.
