This PEHD fitting with a 3/4 inch internal thread is a key element of the Geberit HDPE drainage system, designed to connect 40 mm diameter pipes. Made of high-quality polyethylene (PE-80), it is characterized by exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, guaranteeing long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the installation. The reinforcing ring provides additional stability and security of the connection, especially in places exposed to mechanical loads.

Universal application and resistance to external factors

The fitting is perfect for a variety of applications – from draining water from buildings, through roof drainage, to industrial installations and commercial facilities. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) exhibits high chemical resistance – it neutralizes the effect of approximately 95% of standard bases, acids and chemicals. Additionally, the material is resistant to UV radiation, allowing it to be used both indoors and outdoors. Geberit HDPE pipes and fittings are resistant to shocks, drops and short-term pressure, making them an ideal solution for demanding operating conditions.

Construction and assembly

The fitting has a welding/butt fusion socket and a 3/4 inch cylindrical BSPT-Rp (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) internal thread. This allows for easy and tight connection with other elements of the Geberit HDPE drainage system and traditional piping installations. Assembly is carried out by butt fusion or using electrofusion fittings – appropriate machines and tools are required. The length of the fitting is 55 mm, and the connection length is 28 mm on each side. The strength of the PE-80 material guarantees a reliable connection even with varying temperatures and loads.
