Circulation pump for heating and air conditioning systems

The Magna1 32-100 is an electronic circulation pump designed for efficient operation in simple heating, air conditioning and domestic hot water circulation systems. It is an economical alternative to the MAGNA3 pump, offering high energy efficiency and easy integration with building management systems. It is suitable for both commercial buildings and single-family homes.

Construction and application

The pump is equipped with a GG 20 (GJL-200) cast iron body, which ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The impeller made of PES 30%GF material guarantees reliable operation. The pump is intended for circulating water in central heating, air conditioning and domestic hot water systems. Thanks to the threaded connections with a diameter of 2 inches (50 mm) and the EN 1092-2 standard, installation is simple and intuitive. The use of the pump in commercial installations and single-family homes confirms its versatility.

Performance and functionality

The Magna1 is characterized by a nominal flow rate of 5.25 m³/h and a head of up to 10 meters (70.51 kPa). The motor speed controller allows for stepless speed adjustment, adapting the pump's operation to the current system needs. The built-in communication interface (communication system: built-in and prepared) and potential-free switching contact allow for remote control and monitoring of the pump's operation, as well as integration with BMS systems. High energy efficiency (EEI index at 0.2) translates to lower operating costs. Additionally, the pump has a function of continuous monitoring of the operating state, including failure detection.
