Circulation pump for heating and hot water systems

The Magna1 32-60 180 is an electronic circulation pump designed for operation in simple heating, air conditioning and domestic hot water circulation systems. It is an economical alternative to the MAGNA3 pump, offering high energy efficiency and easy integration with building management systems. It will work well in both domestic and commercial installations.

Construction and application

Made of cast iron (Pump body material grade: Cast iron GG 20 (GJL-200)), the Magna1 pump ensures durability and reliable operation. Its compact design (connection length 180 mm) makes it easy to install even in limited spaces. Designed to work with media at temperatures from -10 to 110°C, making it a universal solution for various types of installations. Inlet and outlet connections with a cylindrical external gas thread (BSPP) with a diameter of 2 inches (50 mm) ensure easy and tight installation. The flange connection pressure class is PN 10, and the maximum working pressure is 10 bar.

Performance and functionality

The Magna1 pump is characterized by a nominal flow rate of 4.56 m³/h and a head of up to 6 meters at a nominal flow rate of 47.73 kPa. The built-in motor speed controller allows for smooth speed adjustment, adapting the pump's performance to the current system needs. The energy efficiency index (EEI) of 0.2 guarantees low electricity consumption, which translates into savings in operation. Additionally, the pump has a potential-free switching contact, which allows for remote monitoring of its operating status and remote start/stop via a digital input. The function of continuous pump status monitoring allows for quick detection of any failures.
