Submersible pump UNILIFT AP 12.40.04.A1 is a reliable solution for draining dirty water, especially where resistance to impurities and durability are important. Designed for continuous operation (S3 mode), it will perform well in demanding applications such as emptying septic tanks, excavations, basements or retention tanks.

Performance and application

The pump offers a capacity of up to 14 m³/h and a maximum head of 10 meters, making it effective in many applications. Thanks to the nominal outlet connection diameter of 1 1/2 inch (40), it is compatible with standard hydraulic installations. The semi-open impeller with a diameter of 216 mm allows pumping water with solid particles with a diameter of up to 12 mm – small stones, sand or sludge are not a problem. The ability to operate in dry mode is an additional advantage that protects the pump from damage in the event of accidental lowering of the water level.

Design and special features

The UNILIFT AP 12.40.04.A1 pump has been designed with ease of use and reliability in mind. It is equipped with a 5-meter power cable with a SCHUCO plug, eliminating the need for self-assembly of the electrical connection. The double shaft seal with an oil chamber ensures tightness and protects the motor from moisture and aggressive chemicals contained in wastewater. The motor is cooled by the flowing liquid, preventing overheating even during intensive operation. Insulation class F guarantees high temperature resistance and ensures safe operation of the device. Additionally, the pump has a carrying handle for easy transport and installation. Protection class IP68 means complete resistance to immersion in water and the effects of external factors – it can be safely used even completely submerged.
