Dirty water pump – reliable drainage in all conditions

This efficient Grundfos Unilift KP 150 A1 submersible pump is designed for effective pumping of dirty, grey, rainwater and lightly contaminated water containing solid particles up to 10 mm in diameter. It will work well in both domestic and professional applications – from construction drainage, through emptying tanks, to removing water from flooded basements. The ability to operate in complete or partial immersion provides great flexibility during installation.

The pump is equipped with a solid stainless steel housing (grade 304), which guarantees its durability and corrosion resistance. The semi-open impeller made of stainless steel (also grade 304) ensures reliable operation even in water with a content of impurities. The single-phase asynchronous motor, protected against overload, ensures stable operation of the device. In addition, the presence of a float allows for automatic switching on and off of the pump depending on the water level – which is particularly useful in applications requiring automatic operation.

Design and application

Unilift KP 150 A1 is a pump designed for continuous or intermittent operation (S3 mode). Thanks to its compact dimensions (height 214 mm, diameter 148 mm) and 10-meter cable length, installation is simple and convenient. The outlet connection with a cylindrical internal thread BSPT-Rp 1 ¼ inch allows easy connection to existing installations. The pump can operate in a temperature range from 0 to 50°C for both liquids and the environment, and the immersion depth reaches 7 meters. Dry-running protection protects the pump from damage in the event of accidental operation without the presence of water.

Performance and parameters

The Unilift KP 150 A1 pump offers a performance of up to 8.5 m³/h and a maximum head of 5.5 meters. The motor power consumption is 0.3 kW with a rated current of 1.3 A and a voltage of 220-230 V / 50 Hz. Insulation class F provides additional safety and durability of the device. The IP68 protection class guarantees complete sealing and the possibility of working in complete immersion without the risk of damage caused by moisture or contamination.
