Construction and application

The UNILIFT KP 250A1 pump is designed for submerged operation, which eliminates the risk of cavitation and ensures quiet operation. Equipped with a semi-open impeller, it allows pumping liquids containing solid particles with a diameter of up to 10 mm. This makes it resistant to clogging and can operate in difficult conditions. The use of 304 stainless steel (pump body) and 316 (motor housing) provides high resistance to the action of aggressive chemical substances contained in wastewater. A 10-meter power cable with a plug facilitates connection and use, and the motor thermal protection protects against overheating. The ability to operate in S3 mode (intermittent operation) increases the flexibility of its application.

Performance and parameters

The pump achieves a maximum performance of 11.2 m³/h, and the maximum head is 7.5 meters. The 0.48 kW (P1) motor delivers 0.25 kW (P2) of power, ensuring efficient operation of the device. The IP68 protection class guarantees complete sealing and the possibility of continuous operation in immersion up to a depth of 7 meters. The integrated dry-running protection protects the pump from damage in the event of accidental activation without the presence of water. The motor speed is 2692 revolutions per minute, which translates into optimal pumping efficiency. Insulation class F provides high thermal resistance of the motor windings.
