1kV cable, TOPFLEX-611-C-PUR 4G35 metered halogen-free 22977

Highly durable power cable for demanding applications.

This meter-long TOPFLEX-611-C-PUR 4G35 cable with a cross-section of 35 mm² is a reliable solution for powering in harsh industrial conditions. Designed for use in cable chains, robots and machine tools, it ensures continuous power supply even with intense bending and twisting. The polyurethane (PUR) construction guarantees resistance to abrasion, hydrolysis, UV radiation and the action of oils, greases and chemicals. The halogen-free material of the jacket increases fire safety.

Construction and application

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: multi-wire copper conductors class 6 surrounded by PP insulation, twisted together and protected by a copper braid screen. An additional layer of non-woven fabric improves the sliding properties, making it easier to pull the cable through guides. The cable is metered and has a gray PUR jacket (RAL 7001). It is ideal for applications requiring high flexibility and mechanical resistance – especially in motor drives, servo motors and numerical control systems (DNC).

Key features and benefits

  • Mechanical strength: The cable construction is designed to operate in dynamic environments such as cable chains.
  • Chemical resistance: PUR insulation provides resistance to mineral oils, greases, coolants, hydraulic fluids, alkalis and solvents.
  • Fire safety: The halogen-free jacket material minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire.
  • Flexibility: The multi-wire construction of class 6 conductors provides high flexibility and facilitates installation.
  • Shielding: The copper braid protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable power transmission.
  • Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties in the temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (stationary operation) and from -30°C to +80°C (flexible operation).
  • Outdoor use: UV resistance allows the cable to be used in outdoor installations.
  • Compliance with standards: The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0293, 0295, 0250 and DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1.

Additional information: the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor and is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). For optimal EMC protection, it is recommended to have a two-sided contact of the copper braid with cable gland clamps.
