This metered TOPFLEX-611-C-PUR 4G25 cable is an advanced solution for applications in dynamic systems, such as robots, CNC machine tools and industrial automation. Designed for intensive use in cable chains, it provides reliable power even in harsh conditions. The cable construction guarantees high resistance to mechanical, chemical and environmental factors.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on four copper conductors with a cross-section of 25 mm², insulated with polypropylene (PP). These cores are twisted together for better flexibility and surrounded by a fleece, which minimizes friction during movement. The whole is protected by a copper braid screen, providing effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees high resistance to abrasion, oils, coolants and other aggressive substances. The cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire. The outer diameter is 31.2 mm.

In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it environmentally friendly. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -30°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 1000 V.
