Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction using high-quality materials. Copper conductors class 6 provide good conductivity and flexibility. Polypropylene (PP) insulation and a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket guarantee resistance to abrasion, hydrolysis, microbes, UV radiation, oils, greases and many chemicals. In addition, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire. A copper braid screen minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), and a yellow-green protective conductor provides additional safety.

The TOPFLEX-611-C-PUR 4G50 cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 1000 V and an ambient temperature of -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -30°C to +80°C during installation. The outer diameter of the cable is 42.5 mm. This is an ideal solution for motor drives (including CNC – DNC), servo motors and other devices requiring reliable power in dynamic industrial applications. The minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 5 x cable diameter for fixed installation.
